What is CenCal Dreamin’?
This event is being created to establish a Salesforce User Community in Central California. There are currently events held in Northern California and Southern California but nothing that targets the users between Sacramento and Bakersfield.
Registered attendees will select from one of three offered tracks — Executive/Manager, Admin/Developer or Specialty — and attend topic-specific virtual Breakout Sessions that will directly address areas of interest to your role in your organization. Each track will include four breakout sessions.

Sebastian G. Anaya
Salesforce Einstein Analytics Consultant
Sebastian is a Salesforce and Analytics Consultant at Accenture based in Sacramento, with over 4 years of experience in implementation and strategy in numerous sectors. He currently has 5 Salesforce certifications and is an Analytics Champion.
Cloud Adoption Solutions
Shannon J. Gregg, MBA, is an aficionado of sales technology to increase efficiency in the sales process, and an early adopter and adoption influencer for sales technology systems, particularly Salesforce and technology that integrates with the Salesforce platform. Shannon is known as a change agent, particularly in M&A environments (VC/PE), with a successful track record of integrating process, product/service pricing and pricing methodologies—and notably—global teams with cultural sensitivity.
VP Community, Elements.cloud
Alyssa has a broad business background, always with a focus on efficient operations and ROI. She’s been a Salesforce user since 2013, seen the enormous potential, and is passionate about helping Admins and Consultants create the most effective Orgs possible. She’s aiming to convince the Salesforce ecosystem to document and clean up every Org, and her current role as VP Community for Elements.cloud is to help build the BA, implementation and DevOps skills to do this.
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Jacob Aguilar started in the Salesforce ecosystem eight months ago, and is now working with Shift3 Technologies as a Salesforce Certified Administrator. He has been able to help improve and translate many business processes for Bitwise Industries into Salesforce with declarative building, automations, and web development skills. He is also an instructor by night at Geekwise Academy helping formerly incarcerated individuals learn to be Salesforce Admins. When he is not at work, Jacob is at work.
As the founder of ITequality, Ashley Allen wanted to not only solve Salesforce challenges for businesses, but help move the diversity needle in the technology industry. Ashley identifies as gender nonbinary and they feel it is their duty to be an active voice for others who are in underrepresented groups in technology. ITequality has become an inspiration in their ecosystem for equality in technology, so much so, that Ashley also consults with other companies on how they can better include & retain LGBTQ employees. Together with their amazing partner, they parent 3 children and a cat.
Janet Elliott is a Technical Program Manager focused on technology enablement related to Salesforce. In a previous role she worked on Salesforce implementations and professional services projects involving API integrations and custom solutions. She is 3x Salesforce Certified, leads the Salesforce Women in Tech Trailblazer Group in Sacramento and is co-founder of Salesforce Saturday in Sacramento.
CEO, Platform Architect
For Jeff Scott, “embracing life” is not just a lofty ideal; it is his way of life. Jeff has over 23 years of CEO/CIO experience and has been building innovative tech startups in Orange County since 1995. His current focus as CEO and lead technical architect is Software Anywhere, a mission-driven cloud software provider building applications designed to drive 100% user adoption on the Salesforce.com Platform.
Director of Information Systems at Fresno Pacific University
Jeff Jones has been working in higher education for twenty years as the Director of Information Systems at Fresno Pacific University. The Information Systems team is a part of the larger IT services department and is charged with serving all areas across campus from Admissions and Registration, to Financial Aid and Student Life. Salesforce is a major part of the systems used at Fresno Pacific to serve the staff, faculty and students successfully. Jeff lives in Fresno with his wife and three children.
