Melissa Varela’s passion is to help people; she firmly believes Salesforce truly makes people’s lives easier. Melissa has been in the Salesforce ecosystem since 2019 and her journey began as a Salesforce apprentice through Bitwise Workforce Training. Today, she is a Salesforce Project Manager at Bitwise Industries and assists with complex implementations and departmental improvements with the grace of a majestic swan. Melissa’s favorite part of Salesforce is the journey in helping her end users’ work processes, as well as helping and encouraging her team members’ personal growth. When Melissa needs to turn off her brain from the tech world, she indulges in a lot of television watching. Her obsession with UFC is ‘healthy’, and started Jiu-Jitsu training!
