Evan Ponter is a Salesforce Consultant from Baltimore, MD who has been focusing on declarative development since 2012. His desire to keep an org simple, streamlined, and maintainable by future admins has led him to being an expert on the declarative features of the platform. A deep understanding of reports, the importance of proper data modeling, and the utilization of declarative automation tools have propelled Evan along a blossoming Salesforce journey where he solves complex problems using clever solutions that provide the ultimate flexibility. As the Founder & Principal Consultant of Ponter Solutions, Evan invests himself in client relationships in order to provide thorough solutions that unlock new realities for utilizing Salesforce. He is co-author of ReportForce.blog – a blog dedicated to Salesforce report, dashboard, and analytic best practices. When he’s not logged into Salesforce, Evan enjoys playing bass guitar in a local rock band.

Tracy has over 20 years’ experience working as staff, consultant, business owner, and corporate employee in service to the impact economy. They hold a Master of Public Administration degree from NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service and are a Salesforce MVP alum. Tracy began their career in nonprofit technology in the days gone by of server racks and on-premise hardware while managing technology adoption and investments for a national racial justice nonprofit. They became a cloud technologist in 2008, and have been an administrator, consultant, and evangelist for cloud technology for good and data for good ever since. Along the way, they’ve worked with both small volunteer and global nonprofits, and presented on technology management and strategy to audiences ranging from select business leaders to the thousands at venues such as Dreamforce, the NTEN NTC, NetSquared, Good Tech Fest and other conferences. Tracy lives in Livermore, CA where they are a Planning Commissioner, helped co-found Livermore Pride, was a founding Board member of Amplify, and loves to ski, write, and do pottery. They’re also a spouse, step-parent, and proud companion of a purebred Goldendoodle named Lady California (aka “Cali”).

Jacqueline is a Registered Dietitian and graduated from California State University, Fresno, in 2017. She has worked with Central California Food Bank for three years.

Renaldo DaSilva is responsible for building out and leading go-to-market strategy within our Salesforce Channel at Bitwise Industries. The efforts of Renaldo’s team aim to help provide career opportunities for underestimated communities that would otherwise not have a chance to get experience in the Salesforce space. The career potential in the tech field will allow more humans to change their lives and the lives of their families for generations. Renaldo’s team strives to create these jobs by helping schools, NGOs, foundations, state and local governments, as well as small businesses in these same communities—allowing all to leverage Salesforce technologies and run their organizations more efficiently. Over the past two decades, Renaldo has been an entrepreneur with a passion for social justice, job creation, and technology. As the son of Caribbean parents who migrated to the U.S. with nothing, he feels he’s the embodiment of the people Bitwise aims to serve. Renaldo has been a nonprofit leader, chairman of the board for a charter school, job creator for underserved communities, and founder of ESOR consulting group. Renaldo lives in New Jersey with his wife Ayana and their three children: Joshua, Isaiah and Nia Rose.

Irma Olguin Jr. oversees the screening and interviewing of all employment candidates and apprentices for Bitwise Industries, including that of Bitwise Workforce Training and Bitwise Technology Services. Her goal is to ensure Bitwise always remains faithful to its mission of strengthening Fresno’s tech industry and turning it into a driver of real economic progress. The idea of Bitwise was hatched in 2012 over a Red Bull (hers) and a gin and tonic (his) with her then IP attorney, Jake Soberal. Fueled by a series of aha moments, they decided they were in a unique position to build such a mechanism for progress. Previously, Irma created 59DaysOfCode, a competition highlighting and encouraging the Valleyʼs tech industry. She co-founded Hashtag, an open co-workspace for designers and developers alike. She also co-founded Edit LLC to solve efficiency and data issues in the ag industry. Irma holds a degree in computer science and engineering from University of Toledo, Ohio and has been a contributing advisor on several community boards, including 59DaysOfCode, President’s Advisory Board for California State University – Fresno, the American Red Cross (Central Valley Chapter), Kingsview Behavioral Health, and Youth Leadership Institute. Her dog, Bruce, is the king of her world and is widely recognized as the mascot for Bitwise Industries.

Charlie Isaacs is an accomplished technology executive with a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA from California Lutheran University. He is a sought-after speaker on emerging technology and the Internet of Things (IoT), having delivered talks around the world. At Salesforce, Charlie is responsible for evangelizing and incubating new projects built on the Salesforce Platform. He has played a key role in developing the company’s “art of the actual” strategy, which involves using IoT and other technologies to create real-world solutions for customers. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Charlie has been happily married for 40 years and is the proud father of three children and grandfather to five grandchildren. He is also a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in the tech industry, volunteering his time to help underrepresented women in tech. Charlie is a prolific inventor, with over 15 technology patents to his name.
