Bradley Norris is a Salesforce Certified Administrator from Fresno, CA working with Shift3 Technology. Brad has had experience in most aspects of Salesforce Administration from declarative building, project management as well as flexing his web development background by creating custom Visualforce web pages. Aside from his experience as a hands-on admin, Brad has also had the opportunity to instruct a Salesforce for Beginners course for Geekwise Academy, helping aspiring admins learn the basics of Salesforce Administration. When he is not managing Salesforce projects, Brad can be found watching, playing and coaching soccer as well as a myriad of other outdoor hobbies.

The purpose of this presentation is to help inform users and admins about the importance of using Dashboards and Reports to view and analyze data more efficiently. Data needs to tell a story. Your reports serve as the words for that story and the dashboard is the page that we view it on. Using these two tools, we can save users clicks and use the data we already have to drive efficiency and growth.
